Airspace Design Utilisation and Optimisation

On 16 November 2011 at the IACA Forum, IACA organised a joint discussion on “Airspace Design, Development and Optimisation”. The objective was to make sure that the implementation of the Performance Regulation by the newly appointed Network Manager results in an airspace design and utilisation which is also efficient from an operator’s perspective.

The resulting IACA position paper serves as guidance for the IACA Secretariat representing IACA members at aeropolitical and operational levels on air traffic management.
